Dogged by scandal, and with his press secretary presumably now curled up in the fetal position and breathing into a brown paper bag, it's obvious President Barack Obama is in need.
Our president must find his happy place again, away from irritating controversies.
Like Benghazi, where four Americans died and he stood before the United Nations and made a phony reference to a ridiculous video in order to save his politics at the expense of the truth.
And now it's known that his Internal Revenue Service was used to threaten conservative and tea party groups and quash political dissent. The IRS also leaked damaging information from secret files against his political enemies to the media, prompting some to call him President Barack Milhous Obama.

Obama’s Scandals Stem from His Lawless Presidency
Posted 05/14/2013 07:05 PM ET
Last Friday, after the Associated Press learned about the Justice Department’s sweeping seizure of its phone records, AP CEO Gary Pruitt said “there can be no possible justification” for the action.
No doubt that’s true. But there also seems to be no possible justification for the many other scandals now swamping the Obama administration from Benghazi, to the IRS scandal to the White House’s attempt to shake down health companies for ObamaCare money.
Except that they all stem from a common root President Obama’s callous disregard for the rule of law.
When not grousing about “this big, messy, tough democracy,” or joking about having the IRS audit groups that don’t do his bidding, or talking about how “we’re gonna punish our enemies” (meaning his political opponents), Obama has repeatedly and casually flouted legal roadblocks whenever they got in the way of his agenda.

In Praise of Paranoia
Just because youre paranoid doesnt mean they arent after you.
By Charles C. W. Cooke
The politics of the political right, Charles Blow blew in a recent New York Times column, have become the politics of paranoia. If this is true, it is to the Rights immense credit. Contrary to the derisive dismissals of our elites, paranoia is among the most transcendent of American virtues. In a week in which it was revealed that the Department of Justice undertook a massive and unprecedented intrusion into the privacy of the Associated Press, the Internal Revenue Service admitted that it had singled out the presidents enemies for special scrutiny, and the administrations story on Benghazi started to crumble and fall, it is the credulous not the skeptical whose judgment has been called into question.
As it happens, Mr. Blows infelicitous sneer was a weak echo of the presidents. On May 5, Barack Obama shamefully told graduating students at Ohio State University:
Unfortunately, youve grown up hearing voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity thats at the root of all our problems. Some of these same voices also do their best to gum up the works. Theyll warn that tyranny is always lurking just around the corner. You should reject these voices. Because what they suggest is that our brave, and creative, and unique experiment in self-rule is somehow just a sham with which we cant be trusted.

How about cutting and pasting the entire article into FR - to get us around their pay wall.
“Proliferating scandals expose truth about Obama”
That headline illustrates the total incompetency of the lame stream media. Freepers knew what the chi-town thug stood for long before he was elected to the presidency.
Oh c’mon Turbo! You’re comparing a dead old white man to a brilliant contemporary mind in a black man. I’m gonna have to call you ‘racist’ on this one.

Jay Carney is acting. He doesn’t feel any remorse for lying, but he knows that in crisis management, you have to convey some expression of guilt, but never say I’m sorry or taking the blame for anything. That way the public would feel sympathetic towards the so-called agrieved victim when the media starts its pile-on.
