No, thats nervous sweat because he has to lie his ass off on Benghazi AND the IRS thing. When I saw the first two minutes of that explanation, I saw lying - bad, halting lying at thatRight on.

That can be achieved with cosmetics. I’ll look at other photos of him from the presser.

On a serious note- the ‘tear’ thing is a DISTRACTION so the media don’t have to report on what he said- which was MORE lies, and bad ones at that
I am really beginning to think he is finally going to be nailed by something even the media won’t (or can’t) coverup

Watering eyes are a sign of stress. He might as well have been hooked to a polygraph.
A little bitty tear let me down,
Spoiled my act as a clown
I had it made up not make a frown,
But a little bitty tear let me down.

Looks more like sweat to me. Tears tend to come from the duct near the nose. This is coming from the side of his face, not anywhere near the path a tear would normally follow. But that’s just my humble not-a-medical-expert opinion.

He probably did cry...
thinking ahead to his entire life, flashing before him, as it goes down the drain in a flurry of treasonous scandals.
