Susan Collins appeared on CNN’s State of the Union yesterday to address the exploding scandal at the IRS, as many of the other Sunday talk shows focused more on the exploding scandal of Benghazi. Candy Crowley asked Collins, “Is this passing the smell test to you?” Collins scoffed at the explanation given — that this took place only among low-level staffers — and wondered aloud why Barack Obama and Treasury Secretary Jack Lew haven’t apologized for the agency’s targeting of political opponents for more than a year up to the 2012 election.
“It’s an ongoing investigation and it would be too soon to jump to conclusions...”
“What difference does it make now anyway?”
“They acted stupidly.”

followed by
“that’s old news and there’s no reason to discuss it further...”
At least until they devise a superficially plausible means of blaming it all on the Sequester.
He is busy on another national ‘I want more free stuff for you’ tour.
The travel alone will just cost another $10 Mil, no big deal.
He's trying to figure out who on his staff is involved, and what the PR and legal back-stops will be if they are uncovered

Answering anything about it connects him to it. It won’t happen, and I’ll be you a dollar to a donut if he does, the words “the IRS Director is a Bush appointee” will spew forth from his evil lips.
There is only one reason for CNN to go after the IRS story and that is to hide their political princess Hillary from the atrocities of Benghazi.
What a serial liar has to say is not relevant.
They cannot apologize without offending the people in Government who were working for their election.
This is not only a violation of every rule of the IRS it is also a violation of the Hatch act and probably some RICO laws.
People should be going to jail (As if that’s going to happen).

The reason dear leader has not commented on the IRS scandal is because he had nothing to do with it! And you have no evidence that he did, and even then, you can’t prove it. That is why he has not yet commented on Benghazi and Fast-n-Furious as well.
Let's not forget to remind the sheeple who is to blame for the Obama-directed problem.

What a stupid and set up question. Collins is on the same page with the commies. She only asks this as to make herself appear to care to win her next election. Nothing she said or says will hurt the commander in thief and she damn well knows it.
