(a) It shall be unlawful for a large employer, as defined in Section 14199.1 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, to designate an employee as an independent contractor or temporary employee, reduce an employee's hours of work, or terminate an employee if the purpose of the action is to avoid the employer's obligations under Article 7 (commencing with Section 14199) of Chapter 7 of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.

This person signed autographs, spoke with him/her for a bit and our conversation started from us, distributing his/her show for Paramount. Then, it veered towards politics and I was expecting “obama is god” crap. He/She says “F888, i hate that a**hole, piece of sh*t commie.’ It was just out of the blue but no one heard us because we were at the very end of the trailers smoking. We just started laughing and I said “ya know, you better keep that stuff down as we’re surrounded here.” He/she smiled and said “I know..” Cooking Channel host, day time ;)
They are already talking about an ‘exit tax’ on businesses wishing to leave.

Walmart may not admit doing that, but large numbers of their employees have their hours cut back to the point they no longer qualify for the company’s somewhat limited health benefits.
They should simply mandate that all companies in the state go broke; it’d save time and hassle.

The bankers of Wall Street have controlled access investment capital and the monetary system in this nation for over 200 years. As long as there is a Federal Reserve, and securities trading is centralized in New York, Wall Street will control the economy. He who has the gold makes the rules.
A coworker told me a friend of his in this state has 58 employees. He is forming a second business and placing 29 under eachh one.
I believe that the IRS has rules against that now and will consider multiply owned companies to be as one for the purposes of Obamacare fines, etc.

That is exactly what will happen here. Fascism is poking it's nose in the tent and we'll
soon see the poverty that follows in states like CA. If I ever started manufacturing it
certainly would not be in a Blue state, and I would have contingency plans for
overseas operations that could be implemented within months.
Conservatism needs a re-awakening plan for the American public.
