Ariel Castro, the Cleveland man police say kidnapped and held captive three women for a decade, could also face aggravated murder charges for allegedly terminating the pregnancies of his captives.
Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty said Thursday that based on the facts of the case, his office intends to seek charges not only for the sexual assaults endured by the victims, but also "each act of aggravated murder he committed by terminating pregnancies."

NOW they are stating that terminating a pregnancy is murder?
The hypocrisy of the left knows no bounds.
IMO, this guy should be terminated.
Long and slow.
Heads exploding at planned parenthood and NOW over this one.
Apart from the obvious hypocrisy you point out - aren’t they going to need some bodies of those poor babies as proof?
Indeed, I don’t know how the radical feminists are going to grok this one.
Its got everything. Rape, forced childbirth, forced abortion.
I love when the Left gets caught in their own lies.
Not to toot my own horn, but I said the same thing as the headline in this post when I first heard the account. Federalize the case and hustle them into the needle room.
PP would maintain that he used inhumane means to terminate the pregnancies in contrast to the inhumane means that they endorse.
In Obama’s America, I’m surprised the monster wasn’t just charged with practicing medicine without a license.
They will say that Castro is merely an undocumented abortionist. I think they would actually rather stump for this monster than to admit that a termination was murder.
Just gonna throw this out there. Please don’t take this any other way and flame me for simply asking a question. And this is primarily directed to any mothers out there.
The one women , Amanda Berry has the 6yo child and safe to assume her captor fathered said child.
A) Do you care for the child spawned from and living with the rapist father?
i would think that she should and did especially under captive circumstances.
B) but now that she’s free, how does she go about continuing to care for her. You would have to assume that she never wanted the child much less a child from her rapist.
C) What if there’s an unmistakable resembelence to the father and every time you look at this child and see that not be reminded of all the past horrors and what not?
D) And that innocent little girl. Nobodies been talking about her. I shutter to even think about what rattling around upstairs in her mind.
Is Obama gonna tell him:
“God bless you”?
I thought abortion was legal in Ohio.
Timmy McGinty ain’t yer typical Demo-crat. He’ll throw the book at Castro.
Pray that the young woman accepts and nurtures her child; the circumstances of her conception and birth are not the child’s fault.
It's possible to get a homocide conviction without a body. Just ask former Delaware Deputy Attorney General Thomas Capano.
The prosecutors will have direct eye witness testimony from the mothers.
I can’t speak for all Moms. diverteach, but I will give you my opinion. I think that Amanda was raped and had her rapists child. During her captivity, rape and beatings were reportedly common. They kept the women usually separated so they didn’t “plan” an escape. That baby may have saved her mentally. She now had someone she could love, protect, care for, worry over, and hug. Who takes care of the child now? I am going to guess that she will have family that steps in to help them. If she truly had issue with the child, she could place the little girl up for adoption but media reports “hint” that they are happy together. I understand what you are saying but loving a child can be very natural (even under terrible circumstances). Although that monster sired the baby... she is still “half” hers. The decision to keep or allow another couple to adopt the child should be hers and hers entirely. IMHO.
