Who was on the C-130 when they were kicked off?It was reported that 4 people disembarked, but did not say who. I presumed it was special forces located in Libya for security reasons, but do not know who.

Are we really supposed to believe that we didn’t have an ability to respond to an incident that took place for seven hours?
The Concorde took 3-4 hours to go from NY to London! And we couldn't get a plane that was supposedly positioned off the Libyan coast in there in 7 hours?
