There's only one of two possible scenarios that could have happened, the first being this is the most incompetent administration in American history and just had no comprehension of the danger on the ground. Follow the money. What the hell does Obama and the Democrats care about Libya and Syria? If they were that concerned about freeing people from dictators, why not take out Castro in Cuba?
