Rush, you can’t dress treason up with eyeliner and lipstick. Stupidity and incompetence is no excuse for abandoning your personnel on the battlefield, nor aiding and abetting the enemy beforehand.
It’s not treason. Treason is the only crime defined in the U.S Constitution. If you keep calling it treason and expect anything to come of this treason wise, you’re setting yourself up for a disappointment.
The CnC is given broad powers in regards to the military. Not responding is certainly an option of his.
Now, I’m not justifying anything, it was a cowardly choice that was made. One beneath the dignity of the office and it’s roles. Obama can’t hide from this. No matter who it is said made the decision (I.E Hillary), it’s his tar baby.
But treason was never in the cards — and for good reason.
