A pencil is a weapon when it is pointed at someone in a threatening way and gun noises are made,
No, it's just a pencil. If a pencil is a real weapon when a child pretends it's a gun then I guess my behind is a real wind instrument and a f@rt is a 'whole' note.
No that would be a cannon and a chemical weapon.
How stupid are these people? When I told my son he could not have sweets, it’s all he could think about. This ridiculous strategy may backfire.
The schools are doing backflips in an effort to demonize guns and by extention demonize you. Its easy to dismiss it as idiocy, in which case these people are too stupid to educate your children.
But its a conscious effort at brain-washing. Which means they are too evil to be allowed access to your children.
Get your kids out of public school.
A pencil is a weapon when it is pointed at someone in a threatening way and gun noises are made,
Well, if an LGBTQ pulls down his pants, and makes a gun noise, what is the school going to do?
Call his wee wee a weapon?
Or laud his courage and protect him from bullies?
Need to pass some new laws, I guess, to forbid this kind of thing!
With a little practice, you’ll be ripping out melodies.
From fox43tv.com: “And while Christopher can play freely at home, he says he won’t pretend to play with guns at school in the future.”
Suffolk school system: ‘Mission accomplished.’
The best thing that has ever happened to this kid is being thrown out of pulik skools. Keep him out and it could change his life for the better a thousandfold.
As a child I made Thompson sub-machine guns out of two pieces od wood. I rode a tobacco stick with a piece of string tied to it as a horse. We built cabins in the woods with hatchets and nails pilfered from my dad’s supply. We even climbed tall trees and sometimes fell out of them. I sat on the farm tractor and pretended it was a race car.My bicycle a tank.
Todays kids sit in front of the TV and wiggle their fingers to kill all sorts of people ,police included in their video games and this nutbag teacher wants to ruin this child’s imagination .
Bad enough to have her for a teacher. This child should just thank his stars she isn’t his mother.
I love yr post. Couldn’t have been said better. With all this crappy politically correct hype happening in the schools, I really wonder what the parents are saying. I am guessing that some of these parents are not all raging right wingers—many are probably not political at all. But when a school does this to your kid, you are suddenly going to get political. Keep it up teachers—you’re going to drive more and more folks to the right due to your idiocy. Since we are on this topic. I wonder if these idiotic SOB’s do the same thing in minority communities with little 6&7 yr old black and latino boys? A little boy is a little boy. They probably don’t do anything because their liberalness inhibits them.
“No that would be a cannon and a chemical weapon.”
Also known as a bazooka and a burrito.
“Get your kids out of public school.”
If I were those parents, the kid wouldn’t go back to that school. He’ll learn more if they home school reading, writing, math, history, and he follows his father around learning from him.
IMHO It's not even about that. It's about the schools brainwashing and conditioning the kids. Now every kid at that school knows behavior like this will cause consequences.
What would happen if every kid in that school did the same thing at the same time? would they suspend them all?
We were watching the NBC Nightly News before the Bruins game last night. They had a segment on some kids. One of the guys remarked that the boys acted more like little girls than the little girls did. Another is a Softball coach and said the girls have better arms than the boys in Pee Wee baseball.
This is known as "magical thinking", the supposition that one can alter the nature of reality at will. It used to be considered prima facie evidence of mental illness.
Today, it is considered a normal means of comprehension, and a reliable guide to decision-making, especially in the Liberal Indoctrination Facilities once known as "public schools".
No, Ms Bradshaw, that is a pencil being a toy. A pencil could be a weapon but gun noises would be superfluous. I suggest all children be limited to chalk and finger paints forthwith, because even a goose quill might, just might, be used as a weapon.
