And before you suggest there is no crime or crazy sh*t in the middle of nowhere or rural..... Think about Newtown CT.. Think about the elephant in the room => demographics.

No...the low lifes seem to explorer the middle of nowhere less frequently.
specially cuz folks out there are better armed.

It’s not about zero crime, it’s a matter of odds.

I was in Dallas centrally located on the edge of a not so great apartment area. A few weekends ago and a gun was pulled and someone threatened. Basically cops arrived in 12 minutes - a whole bunch of them. Assailant - white and a black guy called the cops probably hysterically. For what it’s worth.

That’s better than the response an aunt of mine got when she was home alone with her autistic granddaughter and called the police after someone started banging on her door demanding to be let in. Police didn’t show up until SIX HOURS LATER! I ended up rushing over there myself and thankfully the guy was gone by the time I got there.

The question is, why did it take Dallas police nearly an hour-and-a-half to respond to a robbery with shots fired? Maybe Kripy Kreme Donuts had just put out their midnight run of donuts....

Are you kidding? Low life and the mentally challaged are everywhere in the back woods and rural areas etc...
Except, the cops response times are much greater as a general rule in places like Lumberhead Mississippi.
Good luck!

Police didnt show up until SIX HOURS LATER! I ended up rushing over there myself and thankfully the guy was gone by the time I got there. This happened to me in about 1991 in San Jose. Guy trying to get in about midnight, and 911 told me they were busy and could get to me in a couple hours. Asked if I had a gun.
