Secession may be the only option. The idiots who keep putting liberals in office aren’t going to go away and they are not going to suddenly change their minds and become conservatives because being a conservative requires that you become knowledgeable about issues and get your information from somewhere other than Oprah and Ellen.
Firm application of the “supremacy” of the 10th amendment would be a de facto secession.
If the fedgov were only able to exercise Art I Sec 8 powers and the states did not allow, under penalty of arrest, any other powers to be exercised,
it would be a de facto secession. There isn’t much the fedgov is legitimately authorized to do.
