A text-message relationship between a Stranahan High band director and a female student evolved into make-out sessions during school hours and marijuana-fueled sexual trysts at his Hollywood home, according to a police report.
Martin Anthony Brown, 33, is accused of taking the then-17-year-old girl to his Oak Garden Lane home, where they smoked marijuana and engaged in oral sex and intercourse. The report also says he pulled the girl from class during school hours so that they could make out in his classroom office.

As if this type of thing didn't go on in the past...go back to the days of the Puritans and you will see that teachers had sex with their students even back then.
In fact, people have been doing wicked things since the days of Adam and Eve.
If marijuana is legal, and they used a condom provided by the school nurse, and were not doing a Bible study at the same time, I don’t see the problem.
Perhaps by limiting the sex to only one student, the teacher wasn’t being inclusive? Maybe?
This is truly a line we have all heard many times but may not have caught the inherent hypocrisy of so many with "faith" in government.

yet how many stories have been posted here of FEMALE teachers doing the same thing with MALE students, and there is nothing more than a wrist slap.
I am sorry, but they are equally wrong.
What I meant was it is sad that there are members of the current generation who will look at this behavior and dismiss it as “nothing new under the sun”.
