Well perhaps you should. Perhaps we all should, because VA has no more chance than IL of ever electing a majority to the legislature that would support leaving the union. So it actually sounds like I agree with you Machiv, but I take your own argument further. The ballot box at the state level is unlikely to save us.
TX is one of the few states I can conceive of it happening in, and Alaska is too cold for me. Maybe a few western states. Oklahoma. But I don’t think it’s likely, even in those states.
