I was at my local JCP tonight and talked to some of the sales clerks. They all seem pretty upbeat about the changes going on at JCP right now.

Sitting in silence while some gay man shoves gay marriage into Christans’ faces not once but TWICE in catalogues sent into their HOMES - you all deserve to lose your livlihoods.
My only problem with that is that innocent people, who have devoted parts of their lives to work there, will lose so much through no fault of their own.
My mother-in-law used to have to save for months to buy new curtains for her farmhouse. The family would pore over the catalogue and dream of the day when they had enough money to buy luxuries advertised in the JCP catalogue.
You all killed that. It is now nothing more than an ‘in your face, we are queer, we are here’ shell of a company that doesn’t stand for decent values.

Or, you can focus on 2% of the population and hope that business model works better the second time than it did the first time.

That might be a bit too far, but they certainly need to come clean about their “lifestyle experimentation”. Maybe a statement to the effect that we a brand that values TRADITIONAL families, and leave it at that. That would still poke them in the eye, but wouldn’t be seen as offensive.
