See report below from my FNC colleague Chad Pergram:
Fox has obtained three letters, sent to the top legal counsels at the CIA, Pentagon and State Department, about getting clearance to interview witnesses from those agencies/departments about Benghazi. These are from the House Oversight Committee.
I am told there are whistleblowers who are willing to talk to Congressional investigators but are worried about getting clearances, et al.
Links to letters are below
full text of one letter is below (letters are the same). In the letters, the House Oversight Committee asks for a pledge that those departments/agencies will not take any adverse personnel action or otherwise retaliate against any employee who requests clearance.

The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
hmmm , worried about dying in a training accident ?
Anyone wanting on or off this ping list, please advise.
"[T]he House Armed Services Committee conducted a review of air assets available to respond to Benghazi. No U.S. government element refused or denied requests for emergency assistance during the crisis. The evidence also does not show there were armed air assets above Benghazi at any time or that any such assets were called off from assisting U.S. personnel on the ground. According to witness testimony, the security officials on the ground did use laser sights, but they did so as an escalatory demonstration of force in an effort to deter some attackers. They were not lasing targets for air assets."
They should testify whether they fear for their jobs or not.
There are too many American patriots that would buy the tell-all books they could write after the fact—they’d be well taken care of.
Can you imagine being a part of history? Taking down the most corrupt, anti-American pResident in history?
HELL YEAH!
To quote Manchelle...we’ll have your backs!
Note to whistle blowers.. Think ‘George Washington’.
If there is a federal law prohibiting retaliation against whistleblowers, why the hell do they have to ask permission from the agency to not retaliate against them?
They should be subpoenaed, placed under oath and questioned under penalty of perjury.
When they are retaliated against the person in charge should be fired.
