BOSTON — The defense team representing the Boston Marathon bombing suspect got a major boost Monday with the addition of Judy Clarke, a San Diego lawyer who has managed to get life sentences instead of the death penalty for several high-profile clients, including the Unabomber and the gunman in the rampage that injured former Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.

Clarke’s appointment was approved Monday by U.S. Magistrate Judge Marianne Bowler....

Some animals are more equal than others. George Zimmerman is a decent American who shot a thug in self defense, so the left hates him. The Tsarnaevs are evil, hateful murderers who intentionally killed an innocent woman and a child while maiming dozens of people who had done nothing to hurt the Tsarnaevs or anyone else. It's no wonder the far left fringe is falling all over themselves to coddle and protect the surviving Tsarnaev while railroading Zimmerman.

Nope,Coupe Deval (that's his nickname here...long story) won't be paying.This is a Federal case so everyone in the country who's actually *productive* will be chipping in for this one.That means about 49% of the adult population judging from last years election results.

But FYI...many people don't know it but Coupe Deval and Osama Obama are *real* close and go back together to their days as "community organizers" in Chicago.

Why a trial - he admitted he did the bombings. Let the 8 year old’s father, disabled mother and disabled sister give him the same treatment that he gave them. The Bomber will be coached in ‘liberaleese’. He’ll claim that he was protesting US wars (like Bill Ayers’ Weathermen). He’ll get 22 years and while in prison we’ll pay for his doctorate. When he gets out, he’ll be 40 and teaching at Columbia.

A defense lawyer’s job is to represent their client innocent or guilty to best of their ability, though the client is evil. Yes, thugs Jared Lee Loughner who she represented & now this 1 are evil. But please, don’t insult the defense lawyer because the defense lawyer’s doing their job. Let the jury hopefully convict them.

Don’t forget how the left is also treating 911 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed, falling over themselves (especially Obama and Holder) to get him tried as a citizen with full constitutional rights rather than tried in a military tribunal. Why? So he has a better chance at freedom. A leftist judge could quite easily dismiss the case due to lack of a speedy trial or torture allegation which is exactly what they want.
