These unemployment 'numbers', both in IL and nationally, are as fake as the lying pØs squatting @ 1600.
To approach the city limits of Reality, an additional 10% minimum would be a safe bet.
In ILL-ANNOY we seem to like symmetry: 9.5% tax rate on business, and 9.5% unemployment. No one here has been able to make the nexus and see the problem of the single-party, family-run, RICO-style politics.
