Ammo. most people under estimate the barter power of certain calibers, like the .22lr.
I have seen Craigslist ads of many many such barter offers, people willing to trade bikes, snowmachines and tools for just ammo.

I have all of that except I use a solar panel with attached charger and rechargeable batteries for power. That gives me light, fans, and working portable TV plus way to charge cell phone and Kindle if I want to read a book.

If it’s warm weather, ice and coolers. Wiped out almost immediately. Saves your persihables so you can use them. Protracted outages, so you can can your frozen meats and vegetables. Huge loss if you’ve put a lot of food back in freezers. Many people do.
