Dzhokhar Tsarnaev stopped talking once he was prematurely read his Miranda rights. That helps the authorities establish the lone wolf narrative. Whatever else we might have learned from him is probably lost.
...
District Court Judge Marianne Bowler arrived at the hospital where he is being treated to preside over his initial hearing Monday, when she read him his Miranda rights.
...
Judge Bowler has some interesting international connections. She is a member of the Member of the International Judicial Relations Committee of the Judicial Conference of the United States.
Apparently in that capacity, she visited and spoke on legal issues at a number of Muslim countries, becoming the first female judge to speak in Kuwait, appearing also in Egypt and in the United Arab Emirates.
...
While Islamic infiltration of our political system is well known, the infiltration of our legal system is less well known, but operates within similar parameters with foreign contacts being made. There is no way of knowing how much Bowler has been influenced by her connections with the legal and political systems of the Muslim world, but it is telling that her international judicial relations appear to begin and end with the Muslim world.

Obviously they wanted to protect him and shut him up so he wouldn’t spill the beans on his connections to the Obama administration.
That theory appears to be gaining legs now!
It looks damning.
Things just get curiouser and curiouser, don’t they?
Judges just don’t wander into hospital rooms and read patients their rights. Since when do Judges read people their rights? Isn’t it the responsibility of the arresting officer, of someone in law enforcement - I.e., FBI?

Hoo-boy.
Article and # 3.
Thanks, JJ.

In other news, a self-identified Muslim who attended an Indonesian madrassa and a Chicago church run by a “former” Muslim sits in the Oval Office.
It sure does!
Have you ever heard of another instance of a judge reading miranda rights?
She did not do this of her own initiative. She was told to do this

Is it obama they are trying to protect or the ‘innocent saudi victim’? Seems to me the admin has been taking its marching orders from the sauds and throwing caution to the four winds in doing so.
Since when does a judge insert herself into the investuigatory process before any case is brought to court (or, indeed, any final decision to even file a case)? Thiss appears to be a most peculiar event, to say the least. One could even question her right to prejudice the investigation, prejudice any case as may be filed, and to trespass into the hospital room in the first place (as it was under the control of the proper investigatory authorities at the time, albeit depending on local law an argument may be possible this is a good first stab at an analyis). Disbarment and criminal prosecution appear well worth consideration (and almost certainly would lead to the answer of who told her to do this). Or?
She did not show up at the court house on Monday and decide to go over to the hospital all on her own. Somehow she was assigned to go there, to mirandize him, and hold a hearing. In most federal courts, judges are appointed at random. I don’t know how a magistrate vs. district court judge would have been assigned this case.
How is it there was a lawyer for him also, just ready to go? Where did he come from? And did he make threat about his client not having been mirandized?
Are any FReepers members of the federal bar in Boston and familiar with how it works on case assignment, and this particular judge? I see she was first appointed during ‘41’s turn but that doesn’t really mean much. This whole thing is so peculiar we do have to learn more but I’m not sure this article is particularly helpful.
