Judges just don’t wander into hospital rooms and read patients their rights. Since when do Judges read people their rights? Isn’t it the responsibility of the arresting officer, of someone in law enforcement - I.e., FBI?

Judges just don’t wander into hospital rooms and read patients their rights. Since when do Judges read people their rights? Isn’t it the responsibility of the arresting officer, of someone in law enforcement - I.e., FBI?

Just like the FBI taking over a plane crash investigation (Flight 800--"NOT a terrorist act") from the NTSB, at times they overstep their boundaries in a very visible way.

That's a thought too. I've seen enough "Dragnet 1967/70" and "Adam-12" to know that's what they usually do.
