Two unnamed U.S. officials have told the Associated Press that the surviving suspect in the Boston bombings was unarmed when police captured him hiding inside a boat in a neighborhood back yard.
The report contradicts the Boston police department's own account of Dzhokar Tsarnaev's capture on Friday - after commissioner Ed Davies described a firefight between him and officers before the terror suspect was captured.
The New York Times also said an M4 rifle had been found on the boat - another claim contradicted by the latest revelations.
Officers had originally said they had exchanged gunfire with Tsarnaev for more than one hour Friday evening before they were able to subdue him.
But on Wednesday, the law enforcement officials told the AP that no gun was found aboard the vessel.

So they shot an “unarmed” man in the throat. So much for the theory they wanted him alive.

Yep. When the LEOs couldn’t even manage to kill an unarmed man they sent a federal magistrate to his hospital room to shut him up.
So?
Right — how long did the press bray on about how he tried to kill himself by shooting himself but he missed and shot himself in the throat? That’s pure fiction now. Not that I care whether he tried to kill himself or a cop shot him, but someone has an active imagination to make that story up.
A lot of “conservatives” have no moral compass and have decided to adopt the exact same stance as the Trayvon defenders.

The militarization of the police is fast approaching how soldiers operate in combat: use machine gun fire and take no prisoners. The government increasingly demonizes many American groups to prepare their police soldiers to hate. Our government doesn’t really like us anymore.
