I hate to have to agree with you but I do. When you pick a fight with the house of Saud you are taking on a very very very scary group. If you have ever been to SA they have men in green police outfits, they are called Islamic Police, They hit woman in the head with Billy clubs in malls if they show too much of their faces. The ISI is bad but the GIP is even more barbaric. Keep in mind they have contacts with every single group in the world that we are fighting. Glenn is a marked man with every terror organization in the world that gets money from this group.

Gaffer, just because you do not like a given messenger does not mean that his message isn’t true.
You know, yes Glenn cries a lot and can be overly dramatic. Those things are true. But what is also true is that our government has become an abomination that conspires with other extremely evil people. There is plenty of evidence of this. If Glenn, the overly dramatic person who cries a lot has tangible evidence of this, a smoking gun in fact, then that is what he has.
This situation has nothing to do with my personal hopes, because what my hope actually is government is not a bunch of evil people conspiring with other evil people.
But sadly it is looking more like this is the case with each passing day.
What’s even more frustrating is that even if this is true and even if Glenn is right, I have no hope that anything will or can be done about it, and I further have no hope that the people in this country will even give a damn.

I think the rationale is that putting away "big fish" does more to hamper the drug market. In reality, there's just too much money to be made there - put away anyone at any level and there's a willing replacement in short order.

See, that's debatable. To me, an "extremely valuable part of the conservative landscape" doesn't cave to queer marriage. Beck did, saying it's about freedom and the principle of it is right.
If Beck has proof, he needs to just lay it out and be done with it. He's done some worthy stuff in the past, and this SEEMS to fall under that category. He's also engaged in a lot of histrionics that came to nothing. If THIS falls into the former category, I'll applaud him.
But that's not enough for some folks, in whom Beck seems to inspire some kind of manic devotion. The other night I saw a Freeper angrily accuse another of "not liking Glenn." SO WHAT? When did cults of personality become requisite for conservatives?
Like I said, I give him credit for his effort here, but I still think he's a drama queen, and weepy and effeminate in a way a man shouldn't be. (shrug)
