As Glenn said.. he was on the list and given a student visa anyways. For Findley, Ohio where he NEVER went.
Even if we bought her changing argument....why would authorirties put a person, who is in custody, on a no-fly list and then sign another order to deport him?
Why would DHS or FBI sign deportation orders on someone..a person of interest..while they still have him in custody and a search is under way at his apartment?
These people are yanking everyone’s chain.
Is this just the CYA story the administration is putting forward now? According to the article link, Napolitano says that the Saudi wasn’t on the watch list until the FBI (apparently briefly) interviewed him after the Boston bombing. She claims he was never really even a person of interest and that he was quickly determined to have nothing to do with the bombing and the watch list status was removed at that time.
Does Beck have anything at all that would refute this story? Otherwise, I think it’s disappearing down the rabbit hole, along with this Saudi.
What buster nappy is expecting you to ignore is that a 212 3B rating takes no time at all to be generated. We know it can be canceled at the drop of John Feckless Kerry’s or Moochelle Obammy’s command, but to get on it? ... LOL these clowns can lie as easily as they breathe.
Try again, and try to keep up. Getting a 3B rating on a 212 form doesn’t happen in a day, though apparently your pResident can cancel one with a phone call.
She was Attorney General of Arizona before her current position, in which she turned around and MADE SURE that her former state was invaded by illegal aliens and NarcoTraffickers.

You don’t tag someone as a 3B Terrorist Lightly. There are multiple, multiple channels you have to go through just to put someone on “that list”
Then to take someone off that list you would have to go through those same multiple channels AGAIN.
This was ordered from the top down. Obama met with the Saudi’s who said take him off the list and free him. So Obama did what his masters told him.
This was obviously a political deal.
Someone wouldn’t put that guy on the list and then take him off hours later.

I’ve “kept up” with every detail of this story from the instant the Saudi was said to be a person of interest in the hours following the bombing. Your arrogant condescension does absolutely nothing to advance useful information as the administration continues to change this story.
Do you have anything that proves this Saudi was on the watch list prior to being interviewed by he FBI? Do you know if Glenn Beck has any proof of that?
I’ve said from the very beginning this story stinks to high heaven. I haven’t changed my opinion of that. But, in the absence of proof that this new cover story is a lie, it’s going nowhere.

Yesterday my understanding of Beck's revelation was that the Saudi was tagged with the 3B prior to the bombing because he was a bad bad bad man. According to what I understood yesterday, the Saudi should have been ineligible to have received a student visa due to his 3B status.
My question is: Does Beck have proof that the Saudi was tagged a 3B prior to the bombing? If so, then he has proof the administration is lying.

My understanding of what Beck said yesterday is that this guy was tagged “As a 3B Terrorist CONNECTED to the Boston bombing” ie: They tagged him shortly after.
Of course he could have been tagged as a 3B terrorist long before. And that’s why they looked at him so suspiciously during the initial phase of the investigation.
Even carrying things out of his apartment such as a bug out bag, spooling wire and tools.
So to answer your question I don’t know. But will continue to search to see if I can find that out.
What good is a stinking “Watch List” if they don’t do a thing to stop the terror when it happens! I am so angry about this garbage!
Within a day or two of the bombing Catherine Herridge of Fox was reporting on this Saudi guy.
She was the first, I believe, to report his 3B status. Because I remember her talking about it.
Thank you. I’ve been following it very closely as well, and have seen the pictures of some pretty weird crap the FBI took out of the Saudi’s apartment.
Given that, and that his behavior immediately following the first blast was so suspicious that bystanders tackled him and detained him until he was apprehended, I’d be shocked if it was all just a long series of coincidences.
But I’m not sure that anyone, including Beck and his sources, have the evidence required to prove that Napolitano’s latest story is a lie. I sincerely hope that Beck has more than he talked about yesterday.
Oh yeah...without a doubt. John Kerry was so afraid to give the go, he kicked it up to Obama. Kerry has been around DC long enough to know not to get involved with something that could lead to impeachment. In fact, I would argue that Kerry kicking it up to Obama is one of the biggest clues that this was an awful treacherous deed.
Now if John Kerry really wanted to redeem himself and prove he loves this country, he would blow the whistle in this and Benghazi. I will not hold my breath though that the Vietnam traitor will do anything. He will stay out of the way and protect his own hide.
