We should probably encourage this form of counter protest to let the world know we will not be suppressed.
Almost.inciting a riot? Is that like me “almost playing for the Knicks”?
Our schools are run by Marxist traitors!!
Old news. So far, it has a happy ending; he came back to school today and many (I haven’t read anything that quantifies this) other students came to school wearing the same shirt as he had on. I have not seen anything to indicate that he had any trouble at school today, but I am not in West Virginia and have only gotten my news via the internet.
In a truly free country that “teacher” would be run out of town on a rail. I personally would like to spend 5 minutes alone with him explaining the BOR.
The teacher needs to be suspended with no pay for a week for bullying a student.
Next offense should be fireable.
It was posted back when it happened.
The student is not going to be prosecuted and ended up being out of school for a day, which the school then said was sufficient discipline for creating the disturbance. The thing is, the student’s family hired an attorney who read the school’s dress code and pointed out the student did not violate the dress code but was ordered to turn the shirt inside out anyhow. The school claimed his arguing and verbiage caused a disturbance, and are in effect admitting he did not violate the dress code. I believe he returned to school afterwards wearing the same shirt. If I have any of this wrong, others can correct it.
No mention of the teacher whose arguing and verbiage caused a disturbance?
Funny how the article named the student, but not the teacher.
What’s the problem?
(Do I need a sarc tag?)
The only way I can see to stop this is to sue the school, AND the teacher as an individual. It would force many teachers to file personal bankruptcy, to protect their assets.

Yaaay! Good for that lad and the rest of those kids! You're never too youngor old, either, for that matterto start facing off tyrants.
If the world made sense, they’d have arrested those who almost rioted because of a t-shirt ... not the guy who wore the shirt.

This teacher was acting under the authority of the state, as an agent thereof.
Any individual acting as an agent of the state and abusing their authority needs to be personally, individually, civilly accountable for their actions.
Suing the school is pointless, really.
None of these ‘educators’ seem to have a problem with kids wearing the thug Che Gueverra (or however it’s spelled..I don’t care) t shirt.
I wouldn’t let a child of mine in a public school.
What are the odds the same teacher would have lauded a student for defaming the Flag, Constitution, Christ, or heterosexuality?
