I thought right away that the fact they didn't kill the guy smelled.

Their handler with the burned hands was in the hospital/custody. They had to call another in for help. They drive around a while pleading that they need a car, but he can’t just give it to them without implicating himself. Thus, the “car jacking”.

That's my suspicion. That, or the driver was Muslim, they tried to talk him into helping them as fellow Muslims, and the driver got cold feet. The "carjack victim" should be looking into. Closely.

The two brothers suspected of bombing the Boston Marathon’s finish line told the man they carjacked on Thursday night that they only decided not to kill him because he “wasn’t an American,” according to a report Monday.

NBC’s Pete Williams said the man, who asked not to be identified, told police that Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev said they spared his life because he was not an American.

Oh, he’s probably another one “here on a student visa” from yet a terrorist country, overstayed his visa by decades, or another illegal alien ordered deported and convicted felon, just “doing things that Americans refuse to do.”

Years ago at the end of WWII they found a very young German soldier who had been seriously injured. He was hiding in a barn and my great uncle was called to care for him. After applying a tourniquet he was preparing to give him some blood. The young kid looked at him and asked in German “What is that?” My g. uncle replied in German, “Good Jewish blood from New York.” The young German soldier said “mox nix”.

The victim told police he was driven to a Shell Gas Station on Memorial Drive in Watertown. Inside the car, the brothers “declared to [the victim] that they were the Boston Marathon bombers and would not kill him because he wasn’t American,” the report said.

Already, I’m seeing articles and posts that are beginning to show sympathy for the brothers. The younger will soon be a folk hero.

Anyone...anyone who does not favor the death penalty or that this should be before a military court is naive.

What I’ve not heard is - why did they kill the MIT security guard? The commissioner said it was an “assassination”, but weren’t they trying to get away? And just happened to show up at a c-store while it was being robbed? Odd coincidence, to say the least.

Kind of answers the whole “no motive has been determined” question doesn’t it? Kills me how the media keep saying that when we all know the answer.

I think you stumbled on the weakest link in the "official" story. If you put together the killing of the MIT security guard and announcing they were the Boston Marathon bombers to the "car-jacking victim", you can only guess that they wanted to be caught, or at least wanted a confrontation.

Or, were they a diversion???

An interesting conundrum -- if a gunman points a gun at your head and says, "I hate Christians. Are you a Christian?" What do you say? I think a smart Christian says "I am a Christian."
