A row has broken out over whether the Obama Administration is violating the legal due process of Boston terror suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev by not reading him his Miranda rights before questioning. The more relevant question for the safety of the U.S. homeland is why the Administration has declined to designate him as a terrorist enemy combatant.
With Dzhokhar wounded and in custody and his brother Tamerlan dead, the focus is shifting to how the brothers became radicalized and whether they had links to foreign or domestic terror networks. It's becoming clearer by the day that elder brother Tamerlan had become increasingly religious and that his motive last week was Islamic jihad against America.
U.S. officials say he spent months overseas in 2012, including time in Chechnya. When he returned, media reports say the FBI questioned him after a warning from a foreign intelligence service (presumably Russia's). Yet the FBI appears not to have kept an eye on him, though media reports now say that within a month of returning from Russia he was posting jihadist videos on websites.
The FBI has some explaining to do, and more than merely claiming that it can't track everyone who pops up on a foreign intelligence list. One question is whether anyone in government requested that the federal FISA court issue a warrant so Tamerlan could have his Web postings or phone calls surveilled electronically. This doesn't mean G-men in a car following him 24-7. It means putting him into a National Security Agency program so that pro-jihad postings would be noticed.

People in power should be asking for any and all documentation relating to the policies and procedures for tracking, dealing with and investigating Muslims. Specifically any which limit it in ANY WAY.
No one should expect any competence from the Justice Department under Holder and Obama.
Even if Obama were not Muslim and he just appointed Holder because he was a black friend, there should still not be any thoughts of competence.
Obama sent a missile over to kill an American Jihadist, but he will not call this Muslim in Boston and enemy combatant.
That really does not make much sense does it?
We were warned about this man from the Russians, and yet we made him a Naturalised citizen.
What does that tell you?
While Obama is fighting to take away our guns he is making citizens of jihadists.
and he chose 9/11 as the date of his citizenship.
Nothing of interest here ... /sarcasm
How many warrants were issued for the block-by-block, house-to-house, room-to-room search by heavily armed SWAT officers??
Probably goes higher than that...
I can answer that one.
I like the way officials are handing our security over to US.
They can't (WON'T) enforce immigration laws and follow up on information about dangerous people ... but WE are supposed to say something if we SEE something?
Really? Is’t it a little late at that point?
If the Fed can tax me to the point of radical mastectomy, then they can secure the borders properly... it IS what I am being robbed for isn't it?
The explanation is simple.
The POTUS is a Muslim, and his appointments to DOJ and Homeland “Security” are too.
He will not do ANYTHING to hurt the Ummah. He will obfuscate, object, confuse, and deny all efforts to secure the nation. He will assure that the enemy will win.
Lock and load, boys and girls.
The FBI has its hands tied by Democrats and their ilk. The blood is on Soetoro, Incompetano, and Holders hands. Liberalism is a mental disease and the ‘Rat party is a criminal enterprise.
When you listen to this guy’s rhetoric it’s hard to tell if it is more radical leftist from a university or radical Islamic from a mosque — they have so much in common.
The "people in power" don't track, deal with, or investigate muslims.
Thus our dilemma.
Well, I suppose, but let's keep our eyes on the prize.
Given the magnitude of this event, they will want a scapegoat. The relevant bureaucracies' immune systems will already be working full time to find and to "give up" for Congressional and media crucifixion "those responsible".
It is probable that "those responsible" will include a number of patriots. This will represent a golden opportunity for Obama to purify his administration even further.
THOSE RESPONSIBLE ARE OBAMA, JARRETT, HOLDER, AND NAPOLITANO. PERIOD.
I have no interest in "explanations" that don't involve the House Judiciary Committee.

Make no mistake
THIS WAS A HUGE SECURITY FAILURE ON THE PART OF HOMELAND INSECURITY AND THE FBI
yeah what a folkhead
Let the FBI explain this...
Once FBI had the pictures of the terrorists, youll remember they werent made public for 24hours, as TV reporters were saying they had seen the pictures. (I was questioning this back then.) Why not pull the drivers license picture of everyone the FBI has interviewed within 90 miles in the last ten years? Put everyone with dark hair on top of the list. They had thousands of feds/state police. They couldnt assign ten people to review those pictures, maybe ten seconds each. Thats not hard to do at all...!!!! But, remember they had closed that/those files -is it arrogance? Did they not want to acknowledge the prospect that they may have interviewed one or both of the terrorists -is it CYA?
The people you note are all pawns of a much larger sinister anti USA cabal. Jarret is probably a step or two higher in the cabal.
