Weight loss is part of Marfan’s syndrome. So, while his wife worries constantly about weight loss, Obama needs to constantly worry weight loss for the opposite reason.
I found this post by a doctor, who is questioning Marfan’s, as well. The related picture of Obama is gone, but the question remains.
