Get a lawyer. Threaten to sue the retards at the school and they’ll stop this BS. It works for everyone else, it SHOULD work for Americans. Maybe not but it’s worth a shot.
Libs have even infiltrated and taken over (at least the schools) West Virginia? Shows you just how insidious the b***ards are. They MUST be stopped.
Teach that worthless school how to spell “lawsuit”.
Make them hate that word.
And make them pay.
Public schools are slime.
Disturbing the education process is a crime?
holy smokes
The school would be totally ok with him wearing a shirt with a f*g flag or two dudes kissing on it though.
Its disgusting how low our society has sunk”
...
Where is the ACLU?
(crickets)
disturbing the education process is a charge?!?!?!?!
/facepalm
Defund the education system. I don’t care if you like watching your high school football team and you think the school is part of the community. I am sick of being responsible for funding these corrupt institutions. Defund it. Home schools, private schools, even charter schools are OK but no government education.
I’m thinking this kid’s college education is paid for.
This poor child was assaulted by a sick teacher and harassed using state-sponsored violence and threats.
The teacher deserves no less than a terrifying response.
Everybody needs to send their kids in Guns & Roses shirts.
Many school policies do prohibit images of weapons on clothing, but without that explicit prohibition in writing, the school is legally in the wrong. I'll bet they will have a written policy on that by the start of the next school year if not sooner. As the father, I would (1) sue, as much as I despise most lawsuits, and (2) buy a wardrobe with a broad range of messages to push the buttons of the liberal whiners in that school: Second Amendment quotes, NRA quotes, and everything pro-freedom but without images that violate the letter of the dress code.
There are so many options, many of which are particularly fun or educational. If I stayed in that school, I'd do it - and warn the disgustingly wimpy teacher not to retaliate in grades or in any other manner unless she wants to face years of lawsuits. Classmates should learn where Molon Labe comes from - it adds to the coolness of independence and of the ability to defend yourself instead of waiting for the police to come with your toe tag. Classmates should learn the history and modern meaning of the Gadsden flag - again high in coolness.
Advice to father: Sue, sue, and then sue again. Make ‘em want to host a Friends of the NRA banquet in the school cafeteria one weekend...
I have a Massachusetts quarter with an imprint of an ARMED Minuteman on the back. . .so. . .isn’t that having an image of a weapon on school grounds and illegal?
I keep the quarter in my wallet for situations where the topic comes up and all the brain-dead students and “teachers” rally on about how we should have NO images whatsoever of weapons—no exceptions!
Disarming the American public continues apace in elementary and high schools in the form of scary cookies, drawings and alarming tee-shirts.
Elsewhere, walking around with a firearm, even where legal, has risen to the level of disturbing the peace and police apprehension if only one wussified member of the community (or political activist) is “frightened”.
Arrested?? Sue them into the stone age.
