Anybody else ever listen with good earbuds like those for the iPhone? I am doing that for the first time today and I’m hearing a significant whistle when Rush takes a breath...doesn’t sound good.

Past my radio time, I wonder how that went?
If he’s on Rush today too it looks like he’s on some kind of campaign to
convince conservatives he’s not a amnesty surrender monkey.

I think it is quite possible that there was an attempted or actual arrest (then rescinded by the Feds) of the Special Saudi yesterday which was the genesis of the conflicting stories.
Sounds like Rush ain’t gonna touch it...Will have to count n Levin, Beck, and Savage to do the heavy lifting on this one.

I am of the opinion that it is by intent, not error.

Shortly after the Boston bomb explosions, numerous reports from/about Boston indicated that they were ‘getting’ their information from Washington.
Washington?
Most probably, ‘Washington’ wanted to make sure the ‘news’ was filtered and sanitized for public consumption.

The media have basically become the Liberal Democrat Media.
I read ALL the Drudge links after the Hannity bombshell. Then this am, Jim Quinn was all over the deportation story and Beck doesn’t “exclusive” unless his rather large production staff can verify/document multiple ways. Rush needs to forget “maja Rushie”’ego, and give some air time to the deportation/Saudi royal family links/Barry &Kerry BOTH meeting PRIVATELY w/Saudi Foreign Ministers.
Sounded like he was equating yesterday’s jump-on-the-bandwagon reporting with Beck’s story and refusing to touch it. I.e. yesterday’s stories were false and Rush is not going to fall for it again by reporting Beck’s information.
Hope this makes sense.

Ok...he’s passive/aggressive on the Saudi “not so interesting anymore” person. The openning now makes some sense...still...keep discussing it Rush. The story HAS to get around!

- Saudi student’s apartment searched by authorities.
- John Kerry has meeting with a Saudi envoy that is suddenly closed to press.
- Saudi student is “cleared.”
- Obama allegedly has an unscheduled meeting with a high-ranking Saudi official.
Meanwhile, back in Boston . . .
- Media announces police have a suspect and an arrest is imminent.
- Media and spectators gather at the main Courthouse.
- Suddenly, a threat is called into the Courthouse, and it is evacuated.
- Oops, sorry; no suspect IDed and no arrest imminent.
- Next, Saudi student to be deported for national security reasons.
Too many loose ends. Very weird.
