If this person is guilty, why is he being deported instead of arrested?
That’s racist.
If he were Latin he could stay.
Forever.
If this person is guilty, why is he being deported instead of arrested?
BINGO!
He’s being deported because when the FBI was searching his place to find out if he “did it” (i.e., the bombing), they found out that he didn’t - BUT - they also found out that he was a “national security risk”. Hence ... he’s being deported!
That’s the kind of thing that happens to a lot of people who are examined by the authorities. The person may not be guilty of what the authorities are looking for - however - something else pops up that causes trouble for them. And that’s what happened with this guy.
Take a look on this page for a lot of information on the situation:

..and how’s that XL Keystone Pipeline coming along? Over 4 YEARS and 0bama’s still deciding..
If he was guilty, he wouldn’t be deported, he would be arrested.
And if he is a “national security risk” - he wouldn’t be arrested, he would be deported.
I don’t believe it. If it is true then it is just like saying that a Saudi can kill and main dozens of Americans and the US government will do nothing. That is insane, there must be some kind of mistake here. I refuse to believe it.
But ... the good news about all that is that the USA just surpassed Saudi Arabia as the world’s NUMBER ONE OIL PRODUCER.
The USA is now in the number one slot, bypassing Saudi Arabia. And the USA is due to become many times more significant than Saudi Arabia in the next decade - about four times the production of Saudi Arabia!
They explained that. National security reasons. I hope some boston southy
Cops rip the feds a new one on national television. If obama gets away with this there will be a Benghazi every weekend in this country.
Probably for his own safety. Now that he’s been identified and his picture plastered all over the Internet it wouldn’t be safe for him to stay here no matter how innocent.
Plus whatever they might have found in the search.
Jump on the wrong conclusion and ride off in all directions.
Remember all the heat the Bush family took over Pappys coziness with the saudi royals.....
It doesn’t sound like a mistake to me. What the government is doing sounds entirely reasonable.
The authorities searched his place, and went over everything about him with a “fine toothed comb”. And while they didn’t find any connection to the bombing - they did find out he’s a national security risk. Hence, they are deporting him.
That’s what you do to people who you realize are national security risks, but they haven’t done anything yet. You don’t allow them to stay in the country to be able to “do something”.
But of course, and the USA now produces more oil then Saudi too. /s
The US just moved past Saudi in petro production. I think a repeat of ‘74 would be an end to OPEC.

And the visit by the Saudi Foreign Minister?
for a very long time the FBI was cultivating these types of jihadis in america
As part of an unundercover sting operation. The feds would even assist in recruiting an planning. I sure hope this wasn’t a situation like that which got out from under them.
