The lie is the statement that 95 percent of Americans want gun control
Every day that this POS is in our White House is itself a huge lie. He is an illegal alien, has stolen Soc Security information, has stolen someone else’s Selective Service information, has lied about his schooling, life, bathhouses, and his being a heterosexual.
And this POS dares to insult the American public by bitching over this huge attack on the 2nd Amendment in a Constitution that the asshat has never even read nor understood if he did read it.
I cringe when I see this doofuss’s face on TV when he should be in prison for fraud.
That is what bothers me a lot ... we play defense against a red herring issue that should never be an issue in the first place.
Senators and Representatives alike should start speaking in the well; "The 2nd ammendment is in place to protect the voters from us ... WE are the threat to THEIR freedom."
If more men and women were more vocal about what the 2nd ammendment is and is for ... I think the attacks would, if not stop, be greatly curtailed for lack of a counter argument.

You've laid out the case against ANY type of background check. Bravo! I've been arguing for a good while that even "common sense" background checks shouldn't be allowed to stand as they infringe on the 2nd. People think I'm crazy, but all it takes to strip your rights to own a gun is to make you a felon (they control that), find out you're mental in some way (obama care) and you're SOL. No person should have to pass a government test to act upon their Constitutionally guaranteed rights.

By a straightforward application of inclusio unius exclusio alterius it is permissible for entities other than the Attorney General to create gun registries, using whatever information they can acquire from their own operations. For example, the Secretary of HHS may consolidate and centralize whatever firearms records are maintained by any medical or health insurance entity. The Secretary of the Army may consolidate and centralize records about personal guns owned by military personnel and their families. The Attorney General..., pursuant to inclusio unius.. may centralize and consolidate the records of FFLs who have retired from their business.
I’ve found that to be the most succinct and accurate description of the man around, and it openly mocks the ‘cult of personality’ surrounding him.
