Orr said authorities have video of a man in a black jacket on a cell phone, wearing a gray hoodie and a white baseball cap backwards placing a black bag at the second bomb site outside of the Forum restaurant on Boylston Street and then leaving the area before that explosion.
Orr said the man was on the phone at the second bomb site when the first bomb exploded.
Orr said the FBI looked at time man was on his cell phone and then went back and scanned all the calls made in the area to track who they wanted to talk to.
A crowd has started to form outside the federal courthouse in South Boston in anticipation of a suspect being brought in.
The FBI has a daily news briefing scheduled for 5 p.m. in Boston.
Well, Rush just said that they have the video of the guy, he’s on the phone and they traced the call and say that they have their guy.
Now there's a real surprise -IF he really is the guilty party. I can't help remembering the way Richard Jewell was treated by the feebs after the Atlanta olympic bombing and how he was held up to ridicule by the local fishwrapper and their buddies. He sued the fishwrapper for ruinng his life and won, but I think that he died before he could collect anything from them.

Considering that John Kerry said that the guy was dark skinned, I would not consider that guy as suspect.

I think they mean the bag is distended and sagging like it has something heavy in it, such as a pressure cooker.
Screen Actors Guild always reminds me of the Film Actors Guild from Team America: World Police.

If you look at the top photo of that three photo montage of that guy, his right arm is crooked and the bag is draped over it - and the left hand is resting ON TOP of his right arm, not giving it support.
If it were a heavy bag, I would expect him to hold it down at his side or over the shoulder.

Years ago, on a photo assignment to cover pot busts at a concert in Milwaukee County Stadium, I quickly realised just about the only people wearing caps were cops, and I saw no cops without a cap.

Everyone who leaves a backpack where the bomb went off is a suspect. Supposedly the FBI has video of the bomber doing just that.
