What does SAG stand for? Screen Actors Guild? Snipers and Gunners??
I think they mean the bag is distended and sagging like it has something heavy in it, such as a pressure cooker.
Screen Actors Guild always reminds me of the Film Actors Guild from Team America: World Police.
