WHAT: Go to Senator Rubios's office with a sign or a flag (or both) and hold a sign-waving protest outside the office. Then deliver a letter inside.

We're being told now that the Immigration Reform Bill is a "done deal" in the Senate and there will be no more debate. Here are some basic details of the grassroots protests to be aware of.

Two Senators in particular are facing Tea Party pressure, as they should – Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Pat Toomey (R-PA). Both of these men were elected thanks to Tea Party support, yet Senator Rubio is the star spokesman for a secretive, small group working on a bill that purports to address illegal immigration and the entire US immigration system as a whole. This bill is already 1,500 pages and no one outside the small working group has read it. Legislation that will affect our security, spending, taxes, culture, education, welfare, jobs, etc. is being crafted without input from most of our Senators or from the American people. Not only might the legislation be bad policy, it has already gone outside of the normal process.

Someone needs to ask Rubio why he thinks it’s a good thing for him to follow Grover Norquist’s lead and use SPLC talking points against any anti amnesty groups, including FR.

The point that seems missed, is that our ‘conservative tea party’ elected legislators, like Rubio with the help of Grover Norquist [& Cesar Conda] is using SPLC talking points against us to pass amnesty!

There’s something rather strange when “conservative sites” not only begin advocating for illegal alien amnesty, but begin repeating the claims that the Center for American Progress, Mother Jones and the Southern Poverty Law Center were making about anti-immigration groups 5-10 years ago. The same Norquist tactics being used to attack the anti-immigration movement can and will be used to attack the Counterjihadist camp.
