My guess: lone wolf nut job. The bombs appear poorly made — only two out of four went off. They were smokey, so not high explosive. Probably a pipe bomb, perhaps with nails and or liquid fuel. There will be video of the person planting the devices — they would have been found in a pre-event sweep. The bomber will caught within a day or two.

I think just the opposite. Since only 2 devices went off over how many?....seems like an amateur..... Cell phone transmission towers in the area being shut down could have stopped more detonations and from other instances, members of small terrorist cells are not the sharpest planners.
At least 4 bombs so far seems too many for one lone nut.

there were so many cameras going at any given time. You also have professional photographer companies which take constant video as runners come in.

I saw 4 medics carrying a guy in a wheelchair, whose lower legs were blown-off, with just bones and blood thru the bandages and tourniquets. Fox hasn’t run that film clip again. Shep was gagging describing it.

yeah..but 10 seconds? How many ‘responders’ will respond in 10 seconds? Yeah but...that holds only if you assume that it was supposed to go off 10 seconds later. Could have been triggered by accident.
