North Korea on Sunday rebuffed a South Korean proposal to resolve rising tensions through dialogue, dismissing it as a "crafty trick" by its rival. Tensions have been high on the Korean Peninsula for weeks, with Pyongyang threatening to attack Seoul and Washington for conducting joint military drills and for supporting U.N. sanctions imposed on North Korea for a February nuclear test. While the threats are largely seen as rhetoric, U.S. and South Korean officials have said they believe North Korea may test-fire a mid-range missile designed to reach the U.S. territory of Guam.

S. Korea should show what a “crafty trick” it would be to destroy the thousands of artillery pieces the NORKs have pointed at Seoul. Threaten war? Reject “talks?” No problem! [Boom!] No guns.

Obviously! S. Korea does not have excess food supplies to give to N.Korea. This is a repeat of the same movie again and again. N.Korea mis-behaves, US comes through with free aid. Who says blackmail does not work? It works with the dumb.

Kim is past the point of no return. H must act and carry through his threat or risk the greatest shame ever.
To: mulder1
it’s possible that the latest Kim is either so inbred or so indoctrinated that he actually believes the crap his wretched family has been peddling for three generations.

I think the nations are no longer going to deal with N.Korea’s blackmailing any longer. Kim and his rookies will have to do something ....and that something may very well be their end.

Well ain't that precious
One is in a State of War
Held at Bay by an Armistice
Your Enemy Ends the Armistice
Saber rattling, openly threatening a nuclear first strike
What are we to do?

How many people are going to die for an “ally” that is comprised largely of people who hate us and have no qualms about telling us they hate us to their faces?
If the Norks want the Sorks, I say we hand them over.

So our leaders won't get to capture North Korea's leaders and have them publicly denounce the One China policy? Maybe the false offer of getting rid of our anti-missile defense weapons will fool those tiny brains.

What's to talk about? Kim Jong-un has said he's at war with South Korea and the U.S. Turn Little Kim's slave state into a self-lighting parking lot. It takes less than 30 minutes depending on where your SSBN launches.
