That’s what China’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hong Lei said earlier today (April 12) in response to a report by a US spy agency saying North Korea has a nuclear weapon it could mount on a missile. Several US and South Korean officials were also quick to deny the report. This is after promises by North Korea to turn its enemies’ strongholds into a sea of flames.
Even with an aggressive, potentially nuclear rogue regime sharing a border with China, Hong Lei maintained dialogue was the way to resolve tensions on the Korean peninsula.

Obama probably would not nuke North Korea due to there being many surrounding allies, but probably would retaliate. He thinks that he is like Roosevelt.

I still think Obama is going to cut a deal with the Chinese. They take out NK. NK and SK merge into a new “neutral” country, in exchange for the American military withdrawing from the Asian continent. It’s possible that Taiwan will be thrown under the bus as well, in the name of “fiscal responsibility”.

The question is, are the getting ready to support the Norks in an attack on South Korea, to stop Nork refugees from flooding the PRC when the attack is crushed and retaliations begin, or to invade North Korea for their own reasons?
With the Chinese, it is hard to tell.
