How they will do it. They will pass a bunch of onerous laws designed to make the innocent felons in their own home, like the proposed background check law which most will just ignore.
Then they will confiscate your arms because you are now a felon because you did not dot the “i” or cross the “t”.

No, the gubmint will not take EVERY gun — just those of law-abiding citizens. They’ll leave plenty in the hands of State and local police, BATF, FBI, DEA, HS, SSA, Federal Marshals, Secret Service, CIA, NSA, DSS, gubmint employees and their shotgun-blasting wives, union bosses, and Obama’s “civilian defense force”/gang army.
No, they don’t plan to “SWOOP DOWN”; they want to coerce compliance by ruining a few people as examples, and to marginalize most conservatives as outlaws.

All your suggestion would accomplish is give the Liberal minded psychiatric community the tools they need to persecute Christians and conservatives in much the same way the Soviets institutionalized their enemies in mental institutions and executions. The NAZIs also sterilized their enemies.
