Hillary Clinton is running for President in 2016. Her silence gives it away.
Rand Paul made his intentions clear by boisterously launching a filibuster against CIA appointee John Brennan and making a stand on immigration. He has been on the cover of newspapers and magazines, making proactive speeches and commenting on the statements of others. He is, clearly, positioning for a run in 2016.
Hillary Clinton is taking a different, quieter, approach.
[Snip]
Clinton knows what the campaign will look like and how hard it will be. She knows she could retire and speak on talk shows and conference circuit, write her book and maybe even relax.
But Hillary Clinton also likely feels the pull of destiny, the possibility of winning the presidency, the possibility of redemption.
Clinton is building, quietly and carefully. Last week, long-time Clinton ally James Carville talked in glowing terms about Hillary Clinton and her capabilities. He discussed the Super PAC, Ready for Hillary that is trying to lure her into running in 2016 and how the group is trying to build grass-roots support for Clinton. Clinton stepped out of politicking when she became Secretary of State, he explained, so the Super PAC is working to rebuild her political base. It is also, of course, raising money.
Carvilles public appearances also reminded the public Clinton is still here, still viable.
We do not yet know when or how Clinton will announce her candidacy, but we do know it will not be accidental or unplanned.

They mean little hope if fewer and fewer whites continue to vote despite their stable growth in absolute numbers.
She’s hiding in the weeds, waiting to jump out and mug the American people.
She can't undo everything she has done up till now. She can't unkill Vince Foster, unborrow the FBI files, uncollaborate with her husband in all of his misdeeds, or unkidnap Elian Gonzalez.
She better go gopher and stfu as when, not if, the GOP conservatives get the house and senate in 14 her fat ass s going to jail hopefully .... My opinion.
She will definitely run, but she is beatable. The little known secret is that she isn’t that good of a leader or manager. Obama beat her in the primaries. Yes, he probably cheated in some, but he also just plain out managed her.
GO Away OLD BAG!
spread the word - “Remember Benghazi.”
I just can’t believe people would vote for this do nothing hideous b*tch....old wrinkled ugly from the outside in.
America is a nation of morons.
She’ll win. And it’ll be like 0dunga’s 3rd term.
Wishful thinking. The woman's sick and in no condition for another campaign.
I agree with you that Hillary’s health is too poor for her to serve as President and that a long campaign would probably highlight her poor health. Those falls that she took had nothing to do with a bout of flu. The fall on the steps of the airplane were before the flu. I do think that Hillary has not admitted this to herself and is still planning on running in 2016, though.
It would be interesting to know what her father died of.
“Ah ain’t no ways taaarrrrdddd.....”
I just want to see her out in a blazing hot sun wearing her new (beer) goggle glasses.
And I also feel (my hunch) she has a drinky-poo problem that needs to be cleaned up first.
In any regard, lots of dirt covered up by the media that can be exposed easily.
You are right people who put Hillary Clinton as best Secretary of State in US History, better than Jay, Jefferson, Monroe, Seward, Marshall, Rogers, and Baker will be likely Hillary voters.
In those glasses, she looks like the long lost sister of the Hanson brothers from the movie "Slap Shot."
