Supreme Court refuses to hear Ward Churchill's appeal, CU declares 'matter is now over'

The U.S. Supreme Court this morning rejected an appeal from former University of Colorado professor Ward Churchill in his effort to reclaim his job, a move that led university officials to declare "the matter is now over."
The justices did not comment this morning in refusing to review a Colorado Supreme Court ruling in favor of the university.
