Ok, the prison warden in Colorado, now this guy and his wife. Give us 5 more years and the illegal flood will make us exactly like Mexico where prosecutors, mayors, police chiefs, cops, etc are all hunted down and corrupted with money, or executed.

Thanks Bush and Obama.

Just damn. I have lived in Kaufman County since I was 4 years old. I am stunned speechless. Until tonight, I would have said this kind of stuff did NOT happen here. Now, I guess it does. Is it delated to ADA Mark Hasse’s murder 2 months ago? I don’t know. What I do know is if/when these rabid animals are caught, they should be put down IMMEDIATELY.

I doubt it. Probably just a corrupt official that got taken out.

It’s not the guilty person that you go after that is a threat. It’s the innocent one... The guilty ones do their time, the innocent ones hold a grudge.

The door was kicked in. Anybody can do that unless you have an iron security door. I do.

You mentioned this was likely drug related...refresh my memory on the Hasse case, was he recently prosecuting a big drug case? My guess is this is mexican cartel work.

Texans need to get their act together. If criminals realize that they can murder law and court officials with impunity, then the future does not look good for that state.

Has to be. I am in Dallas and this is huge news here. A lot of people saying this evening this is not only orchestrated but LEO believes there is an active hit list.

According to a law enforcement official who spoke on condition of anonymity, the door of the McLellands’ home appeared to have been kicked in.

“It is an awful scene, and there are shell casings everywhere,” the official said. “This is unprecedented. This is unbelievable. This is huge.”

The only ones laughing are certain members of Daily Kos who even now are making fun of Texans and their gun mentality, even now when a dead DA and his wife are still lying in blood after a brutal murder.

I would assume the address was not publicly available. So, it isn't as if the terminators went to a public telephone booth and looked up the name.

A LEO subpoena of search engine requests for the DA's name, address and other personal info could be interesting.

A search of government agency requests for the DA's address could also be interesting. Then look for other likely connections as to how the address was identified.

Kaufman County slayings timeline
DECEMBER 2012: The Texas Department of Public Safety issues a statewide bulletin warning that authorities had received “credible information” that the Aryan Brotherhood was “actively planning retaliation against law enforcement officials” who helped secure indictments in Houston against dozens of members, including the gang’s leadership.

JAN. 31: Kaufman County prosecutor Mark Hasse is shot and killed while getting out of his car near the county courthouse. Authorities acknowledge they are investigating the possibility of a link between the slaying and the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang. However, they quickly add that to their knowledge, Hasse was not currently handling any cases involving Aryan Brotherhood members. They say that labeling the organization the focus of their probe would be premature.

FEB. 9: At a memorial service for Hasse, Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland vows that the prosecutor’s killers will be brought to justice.

MARCH 22: Authorities say the FBI is looking into whether Hasse’s slaying could have any connections to the March 19 slaying of Colorado prisons chief Tom Clements. A federal official said the suspect in Clements’ slaying, Evan Spencer Ebel, was a member of the white supremacist 211 prison gang.

SATURDAY: McLelland and his wife, Cynthia Woodward McLelland, are found fatally shot at their home.
