The moves of the U.S. imperialists to violate the sovereignty of the DPRK and encroach upon its supreme interests have entered an extremely grave phase. Under this situation, the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, brilliant commander of Mt. Paektu, convened an urgent operation meeting on the performance of duty of the Strategic Rocket Force of the Korean People's Army for firepower strike and finally examined and ratified a plan for firepower strike.
The important decision made by him is the declaration of a do-or-die battle to provide an epochal occasion for putting an end to the history of the long-standing showdown with the U.S. and opening a new era. It is also a last warning of justice served to the U.S., south Korean group and other anti-reunification hostile forces. The decision reflects the strong will of the army and people of the DPRK to annihilate the enemies.

I have had cancer and have many benign bone tumors that need periodic following.
NK has mention Hawaii and Guam as well as Japan and South Korea. I listened to military analysis today and they felt that NK does not have the accuracy to hit Hawaii, and certainly not the continental US.
It will most certainly mean a greater interest in and expenditure on missile defense.
I guess I should be glad my Special Forces son is in Afghanistan right now. My sympathies with our SK soldiers and their families.
Since NK built the tunnels but doesn’t acknowledge them and we know they built them but don’t officially confirm that they did...then SK and the US should unofficially collapse those tunnels with our bariatric cave buster bombs...unofficially of course. It should be our very first unofficial and “deny it was done to the press” response to NK’s declaration of war!
NK is playing poker and Obama is looking very badly to prove his is the “biggest” in the room! Obama may want to “change” America but I don’t think he wishes to have NK make him look like a fool. NK is going to miscalculate very badly...and if a bigger war should break out bringing in other powers...America does have it’s own domestic supplies of gas and oil. War has a way of focusing a nation’s attention.
In the classes I attended... POI of a nuke was a really, really bad place to be. Most people, pigs, boats, whatever, tended to turn into radioactive dust.
Nukes do that. Blow stuff to bitty bitty bits. I wouldn't worry about radioactive fallout if I was blown into something that resembled burnt creamed corn.
You have lost much face tonight. (today, on your side of the planet)

That's where you made your first mistake. YOU THOUGHT we believed those movies - YOU brought up the movies, YOU ASSUMED and you shouldn't assume what another writer thinks until that writer says that. Don't “assume” on FR. Those movies are YOUR bias, you have mentioned them at least twice, so YOU are stuck in them, not us.
And don't call old time Freepers “Butthead”. That is series and hugh (and if you don't know what those words represent maybe one day when you have been here long enough, you will know.)
My EMT side was afraid you were going to say that. I will pray for you and I seriously mean that.
“Nukes do that.”
Yeah they do. Good thing I wasn’t talking about standing outside and just taking the nuclear blast like a champ.
But thanks for insulting me while constantly misrepresenting everything I say.
All it takes is one lucky strike. By the way, some of the most horrific surprises in history involved experts downplaying their opponents war making capabilities! I say we take NK very seriously!

Go read my posts again. You were concerned that nuclear strikes in North Korea would cause harm or destroy South Korea. I replied, first, that it wouldn’t be doomsday. You replied again. I replied that even if it landed right on top of you, the immediate (and immediately fatal) effects of a nuclear attack are not permanent. Increased risk of cancer aside from simply living in a place that has more background radiation isn’t the same as “destroying the country.”
I didn’t even mention the movies until you got upset for no reason I could understand, suggesting I should go live over in a nuclear fallout zone.
Perhaps you thought I was insulting you when I said “man up!” I was just speaking of the longer term risks to non-fatal exposure and wasn’t being serious. But, like I said dozens of times, you’re subject to those risks all the time, as we are exposed to radiation CONSTANTLY day in and day out.
I apologize for not being more clear on that within the very first post.
But hero, I didn't. If you are at the POI, you get dusty and get to talk to God.
You fail.
Your supervisors need to know that the damn Americans know that about you.
And we do.
Harsh bastards, us in Texas. Almost as good as South Koreans. Who I count as friends.

“If I have misrepresented what you said, I’ll abjectly ask for forgiveness..”
I’ll await your apology for when you actually read my posts in the thread.
believe me I do take the capacity of NK to do something suicidal and homicidal very seriously. However, hopefully, unless they start off with a nuke, we can use our conventional bunker buster bombs to hit their military installations, and the enclaves of the rich and connected, as well as their communications centers, and never need to use anything atomic.
As a separate thought, I had an aunt living in Reno when the atomic testing was going on. She said a few days after a test a lot of people including herself would feel kind of sick for a few days. They wondered at the time if the testing had anything to do with that. She died years later at age 91 of cardiac type illness.
You can't lie your way out of this. The past here is fixed in bits.
Own it. Punch out a supervisor.

I’ve seen this movie!
The Mouse That Roared. Peter Sellers and the Grand Duchy of Fenwick declare war on the United States, in hopes of getting invaded and getting nobama bucks.
We could bomb NK into the stone age with a Cessna and a brick of black cat firecrackers.
“I not only read your posts, I quoted your posts and pointed out your lack of ‘english as a first language’ skills.”
Right, but you didn’t point out anything of substance I actually said, and still can’t.
To be honest, I have better things to do than to engage in a baseless emotional back and forth about nothing. If I wanted that, I’d just go back to my ex-girlfriend.
FYI, I AM a Texan, probably more Texan than you. Now get off the cross, we need the wood.
Nighty night
“Own it. Punch out a supervisor.”
And I had to use “series” and “hugh”. That is hugh and series.
“FYI, I AM a Texan, probably more Texan than you”
But, but, but, your “about” page IS BLANK. A real Texan would never have a blank “about” page.
