I do not know one single person who is covered now that was not covered before. I do know of many people who are paying a lot more for the same coverage because of this law.
So, I guess it is working to take more money out of peoples pockets and give it to the big companies.
In 2009, we paid $5100 for a HSA, ($5000 deductible). Now, it is $12,200 for the same policy.
