Only days after a sexual assault verdict against two high school football players in Ohio, a small town in Connecticut finds itself split by a situation with many similarities.
In Steubenville, Ohio, the players were accused of raping an underage victim, and convicted March 18.
In Connecticut, Torrington High School football players Edgar Gonzalez and Joan Toribio, both 18, stand accused of the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.
And, as in the Ohio case, it's the accusers who are under attack via social media.

Bunch of feral scum.
“Bunch of feral scum.”
Some People Just Need Killing.
Undoubtedly Candy Crowley will shed crocodile tears for these rapists too.
The libs will give these attacks a pass because they are too busy pretending there is a conservative “war on women”. Apparently picking on a girl too young to vote for a liberal is okay with the liberals.
I like the Muzzie excuse, “What was a 13 year old doing hanging out with 18 year olds?”.
lol so it was HER fault she brought this upon herself! Of course because a 13 year old really knows better, and should stay away from popular 18 year olds. Give me a break... because these guys are athletes they’re like Saudi nobility and can get away with pedophilia.
The fools reported themselves on Facebook.
While the males are responsible and must be held accountable her parents share some of the culpability. What responsible 13 year (7th /8th grader) old parents let them hang out with 17 and 18 year olds (juniors and seniors)?
Evil AND Stupid, a bad combination.
Apparently there is another 17 year old minor that is being charged and there are two 13 year old victims according the this story from the local paper.

Gonzalez is also facing robbery charges, three felonies and two misdemeanors, in an unrelated alleged incident. Perhaps they didn’t know? When I was in HS, both my parents worked. They couldn’t quit their jobs just so they could follow me around 24 hours a day.
Image went south...
Thank you, Ted Kennedy and Ronald Reagan...
Where in the article does it say they are illegals? Or do you just assume all Hispanics are here illegally, even those who followed the rules and immigrated here legally. And what presidents and senators you gonna blame for white rapists?
you can’t show pictures! That causes racial profiling. And before long people will notice a pattern to these cases.
Because expecting adults to behave like adults is racist or something?
Blacks and latinos do indeed rape at a higher frequency...much higher
A white woman has a very high chance if she is raped by a stranger that it will be a by a black man especially in the South but the reverse for a black woman by a white man is almost a non occurrence stat wise
However...I do agree that we cannot blame mid 60s path to citizenship or 1980s amnesty for these two cretins
likely they are Puerto Rican
so let’s blame....William McKinley...suits me
