The dramatic shift in the Republican Party on immigration continued Tuesday, as Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), a conservative tea party icon and possible 2016 presidential contender, endorsed an overhaul of the nations immigration laws that would allow the nations estimated 11 million illegal immigrants to obtain legalized status. Immigration will not occur until conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. Thats why Im here today: to begin that conversation and become part of the solution, he said in a breakfast speech Tuesday morning before the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Washington.

offer them free drugs and anything to have sex with and the liberal tarians will come out crawling.
well the article says “Paul said he sought to turn illegal immigrants into taxpayers, which could ultimately lead to their becoming citizens.”. So I stand by my earlier statement pending any new additional information.
totally agree, he ishis fathers son but more polished and used that filibuster to get on TV and now states he is the new GOP as the odl is stale
unlike Sarah who said we should not compromise our ideals and change but to get the message out better and fight, and fight and fight
that is B/S you have to pay tax here and then there.
All we have to do is clamp down, no more freebies and they all go hime, hell we spend money on prmoting food stamps in Mexico and it started under , yes Bush the idiot and now it;s on steroids under the socialist
OT, but for some reason, that reminded me of when one of my barracks-mates burned some popcorn around 3am or so.. smell was bad and heavy.... next morning, by around 0800, we were all called back to the barracks for urine test (because of a burnt bag of popcorn >.<) lol
On Hugh Hewitt’s radio show today, I heard Rand Paul say that under his plan, illegals would get work visas, which means legal status, immediately, with border enforcement to come later. So maybe the illegals don’t get the “probationary legal status” that they get from day 1 in Rubio’s plan, but the effect is largely the same. Under both plans, illegals get to stay in the U.S., work legally in the U.S., and give birth to children who will be automatically deemed U.S. citizens. The people who stayed in their home countries and followed the rules do not enjoy these benefits. The illegals get the preferential position. Those who did not “butt” in line, are made to look like suckers.
We can force them. That’s the problem. Over the decades they have infiltrated it with liberals disguised as moderates. they control the horizontal and the vertical.
There is one thing Palin is wrong about. It cannot be fixed. it is systemic. Every person in the leadership, the back office and the PR wing is moderate at best. THEY WANT THAT.
WHY oh WHY waste time rebuilding a junked car that has no value at all? You want a custom job? Start with raw steel and tools.
EDIT WE C A N ‘ T force them.
Sorry for the typo.
LOL
We had a guy on Acid and a few of us had a word wiht him about him being a druggie and a smack head whle we are on operations. and QRF.
Next week was leave and guess what he went AWOL.
Got caught a year later and blamed it on he ws being bullied.
Little soft pansy did not even have the balls to accept he was a druggie and a threat to us who had to rely on him to watch our backs if we got called out to anywhere
You should make a pocket-sized, laminated card with those questions on it ;)
good points and I agree.
How many times do we all hear , even yesterday that we have to reach out, I know what that means too.
Reach out to homosexuals and their agenda, reach out they said to the person who votes once eery four years, HUH, the stupid party again.
Reach out to blacks, well the Dems are the KKK, Segregation of which our side never mentions and the blacks still vote so that isa waste of time just as homosexuals are.
That leaves women but we do alright with married older women , it;s the single college girl who wants us ot pay for her condom and abortion we don;t have their vote.
Hispanics, I agree we should reach out but how about mentioning socal issues to them as they are againstthe lefts aegnda there but theyare nevr told or bringing their illegal famly over trumps all of that.
How about the media which lies all the time for them, go after them and call those idiots out
Lol :) Well, if he happened to be tripping, you all probably looks like demons and dragons to him ;)
LOL I should as it would be easier but then again how about our so called party make AD’s with those questions on, how about making cards and sending them out to folks, especially the older generations in south FL.
We have the most on our side but the voters do not vote because social issues are never mentioned, immigration hardly ever mentioned, the GOP and the fake republicans like the liberal terians all want to talk about taxes.
Hell sign me up and I will do Rove’s job and I won;t charge anything like that turkey does
Ug...don’t get me started with that buzzword crap...too late ;)
“Reach out” Is “Reach’around” by a different name. In the late 90s the world was subjected to “Issues”. Eveything was “Issues”. your issue, my issue, these issues issues...ARRRRGHHHHH!!!
All nothing to replace actual dialog with meaningless catch phrases designed to give an impression the person is smart.
F’ing idiots.
Reach out intends to give the impression that one ‘cares’. More feelings based crap. I see it everywhere by people trying to sound like NY Times reporters...Good God WHY?!?!?
/rant.
LOL, I was a demon when I found out he blamed me for going AWOL, trust me on that,
Thankfully I never got charged and he did for being AWOL and lying LOL
It helps when you have a good service record and respect off many in my BN.
Hope the pansy met big bubba, hell he might even think of big bubba as a wand waving fairy EEK
Oh.. btw, I was stationed at Homestead AFB for 2 years.. until Hurricane Andrew wiped us off the map :/
how about the other buzz words.
undocumentated, no illegals
affordable care act
no it;s socialised health care
gay, no it;s homosexuality
I could go on and on like that but I;m getting really pissed off pal
Sometimes I feel like throwing my shoe at the TV when I hear our so called side mention these buzz words
Thanks. I don’t see a huge difference between what Paul is pushing vs Rubio. Maybe different details but it is amnesty all the same. Those who attack Bush and Rubio and call them RINOs (myself included) have to attack Paul as well to be consistent.
how about our so called party make ADs with those questions on it
