But the WH may be “highly encouraging” the State Dept. to keep them sequestered away... or else.
I have no doubt that some of them are CIA operators and it would not be in the National Interest for them to appear publicly.
However, there are provisions for secret testimony before the proper Congressional committees whose members are cleared for top secret info. Most of them will honor their obligations to maintain secrecy of national security info and confidentiality of the identities of the intelligence operatives.
I will chip in to give a reward for one to speak up!!!
