The Constitution represents the terms of our "consent to be governed." If it no longer binds the government, it no longer binds us. I agree but before you go to take on the usurper think first about how to do it successfully.

Without legitimate government there is but the realm of force and the appeals to the hearts of men. It is not enough to simply declare our allegiance the cause of liberty & constitutional law. We must work to find a way to restore and defend these critical objects of free civilization.

Until we have such a plan it would be wise not to throw out the advantages of subterfuge, infiltration, and surprise. It is more than likely if we are to bring this monster down we shall have to do so from with in.
