Mark Kelly's campaign against "assault weapons" such as the AR-15 rifle has sparked a local backlash. On March 13, a Tucson, Arizona radio host published a photograph of former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords holding an AR-15 rifle at a gun range. Giffords has since confirmed that the photograph is authentic.

Oh look, "Swat" is located on the militarized policeman's military uniform in the same place in the same manner as would be for the military branch of service.
No wonder they are posed in front of a non-traditional target. Well there is that weird goatee thing, and he could be about 20... perhaps Ferris Bueller became a gangbanger, so maybe it's okay then... :-/
