I'm sorry but i've had enough of John McCain and Lindsey Graham.
Please check out the hashtag #PrimaryGraham on Twitter.
For me, defeating Lindsey Graham is a top priority in 2014 and I'm saving now.
I would like Freepers to join me in this thread to PLEDGE to support Lindsey Graham's 2014 SC GOP United
This is a critical fight and Graham must become the Bob Bennett and Dick Lugar of 2014.
Imagine the message we will send once McCain's butt boy is defeated.
His likely opponent will be a state Senator called Lee Bright. He is fully vetted as a small gov't conservative.
Graham has $6 million of lobbyist cash in his campaign account. Bright will need your help and support to be competitive and get himself on TV, radio and to run a competent campaign so the good people of S.C have a proper choice.
Join me and pledge now to #PRIMARYGRAHAM !!
John McCain is a collaborator.
He is still in North Vietnam.
Some young man who'd like to marry into a billion dollar beer distributorship could take care of this problem for everybody
I have five relatives in Columbia who vote. I will make sure they show up to vote against Graham in the primary. It would be nice to get Jim DeMint to run against him.
Been there for the last 7 years. When the issue is really critical, they are always on the wrong side. They try to appear moderately conservative, in between; but the pattern of sabotaging real Conservatism is too obvious to be mere coincidence.
The kindest thing you can say about either is that they just "do not get it." In my opinion, like so many sheep like Leftists on academic campuses, they simply lack the intellectual material to challenge the prevailing dogma, that the Left has been successfully promoting among fatuous poseurs for the past three generations.
Here was my response to Graham back in 2006 on his insulting remarks on immigration: Open Letter To Lindsey Graham. I have very nearly total contempt for the man.

Arlen Specter redux
Whoever we run against either candidate will be a relative new-comer and there will be a risk that the Dem will win. We have to decide that its better to risk a Dem win if thats the price of getting these two out of there.
Then put our whole support behind the “relative new-comers” who step up to challenge these two. I’ve seen it happen several times that there will be people who will say “better a McCain than a Democrat”. At this point, I disagree. Better an honest fight and if it so happens an honest loss than winning with a quisling.
So what are you going to do about it? will you be prepared to put your money where your mouth is and back Lee Bright despite it being a long shot? I have faith Graham can be defeated if his opponent has a few million. This will be an epic fight and we need to convince people to join the fray.
Why doesn’t he just switch parties and get it over with?
Ever see “Whatever Happened to Baby Jane”??? That’s who McCain reminds me of now. A has been who thinks he’s still the center of attention.
McCain knows the game is up....Rand is the future, McCain and Lindsey are the past.
There are no Dems that can win the seat in SC so no need to worry.
Also Bright is an appealing candidate and fully vetted. He’s a state senator since 2008 and is interested in running. All he needs to do is be able to raise the money and secure the backing from freepers and outside groups like CLUB 4 GROWTH and defeating Graham will be possible.
Don’t forget that Graham has been censured by 3 county GOP committee’s and is banned from their meeting and I think they’re quite big ones too so there will be a ton of volunteers on the ground that our state senator can tap into
And his name is not Graham.
At this point I'd back a name drawn at random from the phone-book over Graham or McCain. If he is "an appealing candidate and fully vetted" thats icing on the cake.
Yes, I agree. Its time to send Graham and McCain back to private life. No ifs, ands, or buts.
Lee Bright has been on FReepers radar for a while.

I'm sorry but i've had enough of John McCain and Lindsey Graham.
No American patriot ever need apologize for despising RINOs.
Get those bums out of here!
Yes but the candidate has be to good and able to work hard to gain local support. Lots of driving round and attending meetings with 10-20 people, shaking hands, handing out leaflets and convincing local businessmen and leaders to support you.
Since he;s a state senator he’s been through all that and will just need to build it out and use the model he has used to get elected locally on a state-wide basis. That’s not easy but in a smaller state like SC it’s not impossible plus there will be true believers who will volunteer locally for his campaign as Graham has plenty of enemies mostly at the grassroots level.
It’s not like he has the state locked up. I’m sure he has some sort of machine and has a lot of county chairman in his pocket but I’m convinced the grassroots are just not there. After all how can you want to volunteer and work hard for someone like Graham? He’s very obnoxious. He is relying on inertia and his name to just get re-elected. I think if we gave him a proper race he will fail badly !
That is the surest way to defeat Graham.
Jim deMint left at the top of his game, got his hand-picked successor in there to replace him, and already has his own Tea Party grass roots organization getting the likes of Paul Cruz, etc. in there.
He cools his heals as the head on Heritage Foundation as he strategizes victory not only for himself but for others too.
How does Lindsay credibly oppose a guy with that much stature? Answer: he doesn't.
Graham is toast if deMint challenges him. In the unlikely worst case that Graham survives the deMint challenge deMint still has a job at Heritage.
Win-win!
FReegards!
