They have to blame the NRA for this because they wouldn’t want to blame Lanza and risk losing their psycho killer voting base...

This is the equivalent of them saying that Boeing, the maker of big airplanes, sponsored a NASCAR race and by doing so they are against the families of 9/11 victims.

Boeing didn’t kill any of those people.
NRA did not kill any of those kids.

Crazed mentally unstable lunatics killed them.

“Gee Murphy ..maybe if Ct Dems didn’t side with the ACLU to kill a bill that would allowed involuntary treatment for the insane, Sandy Hook wouldn’t have occurred. duh”

Still not quite right, who wants the dmv making the call on mental health? Makes no sense to penalize everyone, giving the dmv psyche evaluators sway over anything at all.

Better to lift all infringements on law abiding citizens keeping and bearing (including school personnel). Watch the cottage industry for training and certification boom.

Makes more sense to allow all who want to, or could want to, the option to arm, train, and defend themselves.

This demtard murphy has probably never been anywhere near serious folk who take defense of life seriously. Kinda the demtard modus operandi/vivendi

Cheers

Well...in Ct there’s no way of locking up an adult insane person unless they break the law. Lanza’s mother was trying to get legal control to get him involuntary treatment.

Have to blame the mental Lanza for Sandy Hook or else concede gun ownership in Ct.

Since it was a government run hoax, why should NASCAR care?

Just the point. Crazies are the outliers, rational, objective folk are the majority.

More restrictive laws, or more law abiding protectors?

Just .02, mileage varies from state to state.

Good luck.

Sounds to me like the Congressional delegation from Texas needs to pay a visit to Mr. Murphy’s office and tell him to mind his own business (i.e., administer a Lone Star a$$-whupping).

It appears that Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT), had decided to fight the likes of Sheila Jackson Lee, Barbara Lee, and Maxine Waters for the title of dumbest US legislator.

Senator Chris Murphy is known as "baby Dodd" by his constituents. He's not stupid. He told the crowd at his last town hall meeting in Manchester two weeks ago that all the new gun laws will not stop gun violence.

"You CAN NOT Stop Gun Violence With More Gun Laws" Sen. Chris Murphy (D) CT

Man, that would be a tough fight, but then based on what I have read about Murphy, he can give them a good fight.
